“Sister, Friend, Elder, Doctor, Mentor, Author, Teacher, Encourager, Confidant & More!!! Mrs. Millicent Davis has, is and will always be these things and more to me. Mrs. Davis is the reason why there is an Executive Services branch of my company. Back when I was doing Administrative Services for free, she came by and said, I’d like to hire you to be my Administrative Assistant & my response was, I do this because I love what I do and she said, that’s why you should make this a business. That was 2008, fast forward to 2022 and we are still an Executive Team and Growing! I have seen Mrs. Davis grown her business from the ground up, from the seeds that were planted into an overflowing 6-million-dollar successful company. All along the way, Mrs. Davis planted seeds in so many others, yet asking for nothing in return. I’ve seen Mrs. Davis lose, but never quit, be humble, but strong, vocal, but not aggressive. I’ve seen her plant into others, water them so they grow, nourish them to build them up, love on them to encourage, uproot because it was time for them to grow, and repeat this cycle over and over again for so many others. I would honestly say that Mrs. Davis really enjoys helping others achieve their goals and become their better selves. In fact, she even wrote a how to book on the topic – Being A Visionary, Going After Your Vision. I am so honored & blessed to have been giving the gift of Mrs. Millicent Davis. All my life the Lord has blessed me with strong female role models, and after my Mom passed, He continued to do the same and I don’t know where I would be without this strong women of God who has my back at my best and when I’m at my worst. Our friendship isn’t perfect, but it’s real. What you see is what you get with Mrs. Davis, she is transparent, she has powerful discernment, she is devoted and she will be right there with you. For those of us who have had the honor of reading her book, we have grown so much as entrepreneurs and as people. She has done as it says in Habakkuk 2:2-3 “Write the vision and make it plain”. Because she has already created the formula, we just have to apply and do what has been written for us. I have so much respect for Mrs. Davis as a powerful and an anointed woman of God, a wife, a mother, an elder, a business woman, a mentor and my dear friend! This is my brief review of Dr. Millicent Davis.”

- Mentor -I first met Ms. Davis as my college profession with Rutgers University, when I wanted to obtained my Qualified Purchasing Agent with the State of New Jersey. The certification process takes about two years to obtain and at the end there is a cumulative test. After each section that she taught she patiently made sure you had a full grasp so that you would be successful.
- Friend – After receiving my QPA, Ms. Davis gave me an opportunity to spread my wings to do something on my own, when she invited me to come work for her as a designated QPA for other public agencies. What I most appreciated from this experience and I still do, is the trust level that she has in me to advise and lead others to procure what is need for their organization.
- Sister beloved in Christ- someone who is open enough to share what God has done for her and for her family is a true inspiration know that Christ is in her life.”
