Recently, Dr. Davis sat down with the author, Debra (Debbie) Stout for an interview to ask Debbie a few questions about Continued Miracles.

Q: What inspired the creation of the inspirational book Continued Miracles Testimonies of God at Work in the Lives of Everyday People and becoming a speaker for the Lord?

A: Continued Miracles was initiated out of tragedy, a dream, and a spur of the moment commitment to God

Q: What is it about miracles that interests you?

Miracles are my passion and M.O. for 3 reasons. Many people struggle with the impossible and the unknown. They believe God’s miracles are far-fetched, unlike a remote for the TV, which they can see, touch, and control. I promote faith and belief in God’s miracles happening every day, worldwide, and especially the miracle of salvation. I’ve experienced both. God wants us to share our testimonies.

Q: What are your goals and strategies for promoting your business growth?

A: Goals: Connect with and scale up my business and target audience. Train and be trained. Be coach-able. Explore new possibilities. Strengthen the brand. Implement new God inspired ideas.

Strategies: This is God’s business, His people and miracles. Explore and execute avenues not tapped yet. Pray, ask questions, network, garner speaking engagements, and be a guest on Christian (secular) blogs, podcasts, and radio

Q: What are some of the challenges you’ve faced?

A: Challenges included but are not limited to surviving of a house fire and relocations, loss of a long term job, and birthing another new business venture.

Q: What is the vision for the company?

A: Debra Stout LLC focuses on empowering and encouraging people to let them know God has not forgotten them.

Q: What is your strategy for selecting the right team members?

A: I enjoy working with the willing, who have a strong passion, love to learn, and a burning desire/will to succeed. God gave me a precious commodity, time, and He doesn’t want me to waste it.

Q: Did you have a mentor to encourage your entrepreneurial spirit?

A: It took a village to raise me. God birthed this spirit within me and it’s too late to turn back.

Q: What’s the most rewarding aspect of running your own business?

A: Time freedom to work where, when, and with whom I want. Launching and developing serious –minded individuals to do the same. The fire of God motivates me.
